Monday Level 2 / General (4:30 - 6:00 PM)
An Iyengar yoga class with Carolyn Christie, designed for students with a solid foundation. Build strength, flexibility, and precision in a supportive online setting.

Tuesday Pranayama (7:15 - 8:15 AM)
Start your day with a guided Iyengar pranayama class led by Carolyn Christie. Develop breath awareness and inner calm through a focused and steady practice.

The practice of breath awareness and modification. Six months Iyengar Yoga experience is a prerequisite.

Once the basic foundation is learned, Level 1 standing poses are deeply familiar and Sarvangasana can be held for at least 5 minutes, students move onto Level 2. This includes, refines and expands upon what was taught in Level 1. Sirsasana (headstand), Full Arm Balance, and backbends are introduced. Deeper twistings and forward extensions as well as variations in Shoulderstand are explored.
