Carolyn offers a range of yoga and breathwork classes, both in person and online, making it easy to practice no matter where you are. Her sessions blend the structure and alignment of Iyengar Yoga with mindful breathwork, creating a deeply supportive experience for students of all levels. In-person classes take place at the serene Emerald Farm. For those further afield, live Zoom classes are also available, allowing you to join from the comfort of your home.

Monday Level 2 / General (4:30 - 6: 00 PM)
