The practice of breath awareness and modification.

Wednesday Level 2 (10:00 - 11:30 AM)
Once the basic foundation is learned, Level 1 standing poses are deeply familiar and Sarvangasana can be held for at least 5 minutes, students move onto Level 2. This includes, refines and expands upon what was taught in Level 1. Sirsasana (headstand), Full Arm Balance, and backbends are introduced. Deeper twistings and forward extensions as well as variations in Shoulderstand are explored.

Yoga Weekend for 3 Night / 3 Day
Come from afar and stay in the “Land of Bovina”
We have limited housing at the farm: two rooms in the farmhouse, two platform Safari tents. So if you want to stay on our property, book early! Another option for visitors afar is staying at nearby Airbnbs or local inns.
Our farm is 3 and 1/2 hours northwest of NYC, an hour and a half west of Kingston. It’s high elevation farmland (above 2,000) so the weather is typically 10 degrees cooler than the Hudson River Valley and NYC.
Yoga Students from Upstate can also attend the yoga weekends.
Local yoga students can participate in the yoga weekend with the choice of joining us for yoga and meals (lunch and dinner) or joining the yoga classes.
Work exchange on the farm can be arranged for a discounted rate — contact us to learn more.
